Chira Designs
was founded in 2001 by Carol Hirashima, and it wasn't long before her
Collection was available in over 100 Stores nationwide.
With her
attention to detail and a focus on whimsical, Asian and resort print fabric, Carol has incorporated
many genres into her designs.
More recently, Carol has been working
with Bamboo blend fabrics. Considered a 'sustainable' fabric, bamboo blends
are made from a plant that can replenish at a more rapid rate than other
products. Going a little 'green' is currently the focus of Chira Designs.
The challenge is bringing a quality product that has the durability her
Customers desire while using products that decrease the impact of our
individual footprints.
